How to make Room Assignment:
Before you make any Room Assignment, you need to successfully register all the family members for the retreat first. All family members should be registered under one login.
Upon completing all the registration, click on the Room Assignment link under Room Type, which will bring up a new window. You will need to select the Room Type, Building, and Floors you prefer, then select the room you want in the available list. Chidren 12-yr old or under have the option to have Free-staty with parents. If this option is selected, children 12 yr old and under don't have to pay for the room and facility fee, but they don't have a bed either. If you have a child who is in Youth Ministry, you don't need to assign any room for him/her. Coworkers from Youth ministry will assign rooms for them altogether.
